"I’ve had lots of trouble communicating with this agent. Several times I have canceled car policies but been charged the following month and had to call the 800 number to finally get it taken care of. I had to have my homeowners binder resent multiple times due to inaccuracies. I’d like to keep supporting this local branch but there is a lot of room for improvement of service."
